At work, in school, in relationships, in sport — we all know the feeling. Push too hard and you burn out; play it safe and you go nowhere. Don't Burn turns that tension into gameplay. Stay far from the fire: you survive long but score low. Lean into the flame, dance on the edge, and points flood in. Two modes: THE LINE, a 90-second rhythm runner through ten levels of original music, and THE FALL, an endless descent with procedural obstacles. Apple Game Center leaderboards on every score, and a FEVER system that rewards five consecutive near-misses within ten seconds — the arcade version of flow state. Built by one person, in two months, in Italy. No ads. No trackers. No analytics. No dark patterns. Don't Burn collects no data, by design — because the game is already about mental load.

Sun Play Studios is a one-person indie studio run by Edoardo De Santis in Italy. Don't Burn is the first release — built in two months, from first sketch to App Store submission. Every song, every pixel, every line of code came from one person. No publisher, no team, no funding round. Just an idea — that the tension between ambition and burnout could be turned into a game — and the stubbornness to ship it. The studio's philosophy is simple: make games that respect the player's attention. No ads. No trackers. No analytics. No dark patterns. If a game is about mental load, it shouldn't add to it.
